What we store in your browser, why, and how to change it.
Last updated 20 October 2026
This page describes how Aymex LTD operates the AymexConnect service. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable. It is a summary of our practices rather than legal advice - if you need contractual certainty for a procurement process, ask us for the signed agreement.
Our approach
We use as few cookies as the service can function with. We do not use advertising cookies, we load no third-party tracking scripts, and we do not sell or share browsing data with advertising networks.
Strictly necessary cookies are set without asking, because the service cannot work without them. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose to allow them, and you can change that choice at any time.
Changing your choice
Use the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page (or the button below) to accept, reject or change your analytics choice at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and takes effect immediately.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in, because the service has no other way to recognise your session.
The desktop app
The AymexConnect desktop app is not a website and does not use the cookies on this page. It keeps your sign-in, settings and cached messages in its own storage on your computer so it can work when the connection drops.
Changes
If we add or remove cookies we update this page and the date at the top. If we add a new kind of optional cookie we will ask for your consent again.
